I think you have a Intel 815 chipset on your hands, and I'm guessing you want the graphics drivers for the chipset seeing you posted in the Video Adapter forum, so here you go. They should work on any 9x operating system, not just 98SE. Remember these are just the chipset drivers. You should always use drivers from the motherboard maker where possible. I hope it works for you.
