This driver is better than the latest official release. At the moment [July 2003] there are two official versions of the driver for Alliance Semiconductor AT3D [Alliance Promotion AT25/3D] - the one of 1996 and one of 1998. The first one was a complete headache with its constant freezes, bluescreens and severe crashes. With the second release all these problems were gone completely, plus a few minor features to give you a peace of mind and lasting operation. The only thing that remained the same was that in russian version of Windows users were not able to read strings in the UI of the gamma correction utility because of erroneous management of the corresponding language resource. In the file you are currently going to download even this problem is fixed. So this driver is truly the premium package and will stay premium because the development of AT3D drivers, as well as the manufacture of this device model, has been stopped PERMANENTLY.
