I have the CD that was furnished with the video card. It installs like most P&P cards, but be sure that your computer is using the standard VGA video driver before you install the LGV TV card. The simple boot and Windows 98 should find new hardware. Before you install you must copy the zip file to the harddrive and unzip the driver files or burn them to a CD. The card works great, but the TV program is in asian so it is of no use and I did not up load it.
