Not real sure of OS versions , but have seen evidence that it works on NT/95/98. It is a little tuff to get IRQ problems straight with these cards. Also note that I could not get card to work with a SIS6326 8MB AGP video card(bad Hsync-compatibility?)(I know that SIS6326 chipset is known to be sucky).
