Finally found it, a working generic S3 video driver for Win 95/98 that enables TV-Out on S3 Virge DX,GX, and GX2 boards! Personally tested on my AGP 4MB Powercolor GX2 with Win98. Not tested on Win2k or XP. Pretty sure this was the last driver made for these cards (ver 4.10.01, 5/12/98).
