Bigpicture™ Video Kit
*INF NT capture card drivers for the 168902 Bigpicture Video kit. This file is version 2.31 for use with Windows NT 4.0. To install it, download the file to a temporary directory and run NTDRV231.EXE. This file also installs a WincastTV folder. This folder includes the programs Vidcap32 and WinTVcap, which allow you to create bitmaps and AVIs.
