Bigpicture™ Video Card and Modem
INF NT capture card drivers for the 168902 Bigpicture Video kit. This file is version 2.31 for use with Windows NT 4.0. To install it, download the file to a temporary directory and run NTDRV231.EXE. This file also installs a WincastTV folder. This folder includes the programs Vidcap32 and WinTVcap, which allow you to create bitmaps and AVIs.
