This card is found in compaq computer, it is a matrox G200, but it is'nt writen clearly on it. MGI G2+/MILA/8D/CPQ CPQ CT : P18A50AD3H5CW9 CPQ Assy. No : 356018-002 CPQ Spare No : 167033-001 Tested on windows 98 and it worked fine.
