this is the driver for the toshiba raffles tv/radio tv card with the bt848 chip, i use windows 98, and i also use linux mandrake 10, linux recognized this tv card automatically and installed the appropiate module of the kernel (driver) video for linux, and it works better than it does in windows, i was able to record movies (videos) under linux.
