This is like a universal driver for almost any tv card based on the Bt 848,849,879 & 879 chips form Brooktree also known as rockwell or connexant, it doesn´t matter the brand of your tv card, it supports a lot of models and brands, and the best of all is that if your tv card model does not appear in the list of the supported cards, you can still make it work using the method proposed by the author of the driver, the driver tries to take the most of the hardware, using all the features the chipset has to offer. It is also implemented as a WDM driver, so the same driver works under Win2000, Win98SE, WinXP and WinMe without modifications. The officila website is: http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/
I have a Toshiba Raffles TV/Radio from CEI that came with the Toshiba Infinia PC, and this driver worked perfect under windows Me and Windows Xp, i use a program called Amcap to watch tv and listen to the radio, you can also try another program called: the Fly 98 or the fly DS from: http://www.asvzzz.com/download.htm or from: http://asvzzz.narod.ru/ because your original tv application will not work anymore beacuse it uses you original drivers.
