The Stealth III s450 card was causing

my Tyan s1590s motherboard not to shut

down properly from windows 98 and it

would cause the screen to freeze with

all kinds of weird colors. Also, my

computer would not reboot from dos or

windows 98. After updating the bios

for this card, my computer works fine

now. I hope this will save someone all

the trouble that I went thru after installing this card.
