The Compaq 7360 has video integrated into the motherboard. On the motherboard you should see two chipsets

1 VT8501

2 VT82C686A or VT82C686B

This fixed me right up. Also, afterwards it would be a good idea to install the latest 4in1 drivers from VIA. I installed 4in1 ver. 4.35 and my machine is running great.
