Creative Labs CT6870 Driver. I had no luck finding this driver on Creative's website, so I did some digging and found that this card was used with certain Micron PC's and I downloaded the driver for it from their website. Their self-extracting exe that they supplied wouldn't self extract, so I unzipped it and made a self-extracting winzip file. It works great.
