Unpack the drivers to a new folder. Then in the device manager select the Display Adapters item, open it by double-clicking. Next right-click on the Standard VGA Card that was installed and select Properties. Select the Driver Tab and click on update driver. Browse to directory where you unpacked the ZIP file and click OK. That will do it. This driver was found on this WebPage www.leadall.com.cn/drivers/vgadrivers/video_main.htm On this page you choose i740, which is infact the driver for the INTEL i740 Chipset. It took me some time to find the driver, because I was searching on ATC-2740. On some topics found they mentioned i740 chipset so I started searching on i740 insead of ATC-2740. This is how I found out about it. I hope it helps you too.
