BIOS Updating Utility for TV-out function implemented only. (33KB)

This TSR file is able to update your 620 VGA BIOS to the newest version 1.03.50 (for TV-out

function). The using method only put it on C \ and add one line "s103a_TV.exe" into autoexec.bat, it

will update BIOS when system boot up.
