The instruction book suggests that the Twin screen application is for "MircoStation 4.0 or 5.0" graphics. Install with "usconfig.exe". first select "vendor supplied driver", then "MS 4.0 mirocrystal/twin" (board 1) or "MS 4.0 mirovideo" (board 1)for the first board. If you have two miro boards or one + daughter board, select "MS 4.0 mirocrystal/twin" (Board 2) for the second board. Exit and save configuration.
