This solves the lack of a working driver for upgrading GeForce 3 cards from Win 98SE to XP. None of the drivers listed on the ASUS US and Taiwan sites would work but this driver supplies all the nVidia components and the ASUS enhancements. In common with a lot of pre-XP hardware the driver is not MS signed. The ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ site (German) is the best for ASUS software and has text index files in English for those who do not "sprechen".
