S3 Trio64v+w2kXp Driver. This one should definetely work! It came with modified win, I just backed it up and tried with another winxp and it worked, 1024x768-16bit, max resolution 1280x1024(256 colours. Please install it manualy and if asked, point to extracted directory for missing files.
