STB Systems STB TV PCI Tuner (no FM) Driver. I was having difficulty reinstalling my STB TV PCI Tuner, and like others, had searched everywhere for the correct drivers. I had forgotten that I had once downloaded the Windows 98 drivers from STB when I upgraded from Windows 95. I found these drivers buried in a folder that I had forgotten about. The ZIP file (not self extracting) when Unzipped, contains the drivers for Windows 98 that can pointed to during driver update or install and a Setup file for STB TV Pro ver. 2.3. You will need to run this setup as well as update the drivers. Just create a folder, move ZIP file to it,unzip the file and proceed with driver update and program setup.
